About Jon Weisbrot & Kai Gluska
Jon Weisbrot is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter pursuing his graduate degree in music at NYU. Jon has formed from a basement in NYU’s Jazz Studies program combined with Jon’s years of songwriting. Fusing elements from pop, R&B, soul, and jazz, Jon will leave you with an infectious energy.
Kai Gluska is an Israeli, Brooklyn-based guitarist, composer, arranger, and educator. He received his BFA from The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music with honors. He has played in some of the most prestigious venues in Israel and worldwide: Bern Jazz festival (Switzerland), Tel Aviv jazz festival, Zappa Herzliya, Ilanna Goor Museum, Ornithology Jazz Club (NY), Beit Haamudim (one of best 10 Jazz venues in 2017/2020-Downbeat Magazine), Tel Aviv Museum, Ha Simta Theater, Ha Studio Theater.
