The culture of The Flatiron Room is deeply rooted in our love for all things hospitality.

Hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. Since opening in 2012, The Flatiron Room has been a place where guests can gather, connect, and enjoy food, drinks, and live music in an atmosphere that feels both elevated and welcoming.

Our team is made up of passionate professionals who believe that spirits and food are more than just what’s on the table. They are stories, traditions, and experiences meant to be shared. From visits to distilleries and farms to hands-on training with food vendors, we are always learning and finding new ways to bring that knowledge back to our guests.

Every detail matters to us, from the sound of ice being crushed to the moment a Bottle Keep is retrieved from its place in our lockers. These small rituals are what make an evening at The Flatiron Room feel special, and they are a reflection of the culture we’ve built: thoughtful, genuine, and dedicated to creating lasting memories.
